COVID-19 Updates

Yes, we accept orders as usual.

We ship to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and other countries in the world. Due to the global impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and restrictions on postal services in some countries, there may be shipping delays, and there is a chance that packages may not arrive on the original estimated date.

Christmas Order Deadline: November 21
Usually, estimated shipping delivery times are:
8-20 business days to the US & World and 12-24 business days to Australia.
Due to the load of the postal services during this period, and the global impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and restrictions on postal services in some countries, there may be shipping delays, and there is a chance that packages may not arrive on the original estimated date.

Place your holiday orders by November 21 for your best chance to get them by December 25! We'll do our best to meet this shipping estimate, but cannot guarantee it. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal services. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs or other postal services delays.

Payment

We accept payment made by PayPal as well as payment from debit or credit cards.
For credit or debit card payment, you have two options: Pay+ payment or PayPal as a guest (you don't need a PayPal account). For more details, check out the payment instructions page.

Yes. We do not store your credit card details. Payment are done through a PCI-compliant security providers.

Sometimes, a payment attempt is declined by the credit card company because of the type of device from which the payment is made. For example, if you tried to pay with your mobile phone and the payment was declined, you could try to pay via a computer.

Order

You enter the code at checkout page before you pay. Check out the Coupon Code Instructions page for more details.

No, you can only use one promotional discount in each individual order.

Please check that you have entered the discount code exactly as it appears (try copy and paste) and check that the code has not expired. If it is still not working, please contact us at support@weeshopy.com and we will assist.

Once you have placed your order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you have provided at checkout. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and verify that you've entered your email address correctly. If you entered an incorrect email address, you can contact us at support@weeshopy.com and we will fix it.

We can only change or cancel orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
To make changes to your order, please contact us by the Contact Us page or by email at support@weeshopy.com.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, then you can return your jewelry within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Our printed shirts and gifts (mugs, phone case, pillows, bags…) are "Printed On Demand" that is, made to order, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes, we ship to almost all locations worldwide: USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and other countries in the world.

It takes about 2-7 business days to process your order and usually orders are sent out on average within 3 business days of ordering.

USA: 8-20 business days
Australia: 12-24 business days

Apparel & Printed Gifts (Shipped from USA or Europe)
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email with your tracking number and a link to track your order.
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "Order status page" by clicking on the "View your order" button in the email you received.

Jewelry

We can make several customizations to our jewelry. For example, we can make a necklace with a longer or shorter chain, we can replace the gemstone in a jewelry, and make other customizations as well.

All the silver jewelry is made of solid 925 sterling silver. The gold-plated jewelry is made of solid 925 sterling silver too, plated with 14k gold. We also make some of our jewelry with a variety of real gemstones.

All our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver. 925 sterling silver is made of at least 92.5% pure silver and typically, the remaining 7.5% consists of copper. In some cases, a small percentage of other metals may be in the mix so traces of nickel may be present.
